Hex on the beach hiatus. . .

When the author of Red Cabin Quilter reported that she had slowed down a little with only 8 rows to complete of her Hex on the Beach quilt left, I took a moment to reassess. . .I hadn’t even reached the 8th row yet!

Sewing on row 10. . .

With everything in disarray, I’ve managed to catch up a little, I’ve finished row 10, and once I’ve actually completed sewing it to the rest I will be proud to report that I was able to turn the first page.

slowly but surely. . .

Such a pity sarcasm doesn’t voice well over the typed word, eh? 😉 onward I baste, sew and join. . .still loving it!

I’m now in the middle of joining rows 30-32 onto the top. To be honest, I haven’t touched it in almost a month now! We’re headed up to our Cabin next Monday. Hopefully I’ll get some time to work on it up there. 🙂
